Employment Category Policy
I PURPOSE
All BB Landscaping employees are at-will employees, unless their employment status is defined elsewhere in a written agreement that specifically covers their employment. Salary and other employment issues are based on employment categories. These guidelines provide basic definitions for these categories.

III DEFINITIONS
Regular Full Time Employees:
Employees who are scheduled to work at least 32 hours per week on a regular basis.
Regular Part Time Employees:
Employees who are scheduled to work less than 32 hours per week on a regular basis.
Independent Contractors:
Independent Contractors generally work for themselves or a third party. They control the performance of the work based on their experience, special license, education or training for the job, and are usually paid based on their results rather than their time. Workers in this category should meet all applicable federal and state laws, meet minimum insurance requirements of this Company, and must hold an independent contractor status.
