All employees must adhere to these standards and demonstrate full competency and a willing to learn all aspects of the trade and demonstrate a willingness to learn.
This policy applies to all regular full-time and part-time employees scheduled to work any amount of hours. Any new employee, part-time employee, or full-time employee is subject to this policy.

Working together, you and your supervisor and the Owner share responsibility for defining, planning, and accomplishing career objectives. Your career advancement at BB Landscaping is based on many factors. Examples of these factors include (but are not limited to) your performance, contributions, competency level, continuous learning, ability to accept additional responsibility, availability of openings as determined by business needs, and your qualifications relative to other candidate’s qualifications. The continuous learning and competency development of each employee is encouraged in an effort to benefit the Company.
If specific work-related trainings are appropriate, these should be requested by the employee and discussed with the Owner.
